Following discussions between the Scottish Government and COSLA in late 2008, Remade Scotland was asked to assist with providing a national overview and summary of the estimated recycling percentage Scotland might achieve in the year 2010 and 2013 based on Councils firm plans.
The aim of this project was to provide the Scottish Government and COSLA with a better understanding of the impact of Councils' firm recycling plans on their ability to achieve the 2010 and 2013 recycling and LAS targets.
